Easy to get around with a slightly daunting ramp to get in.

There's plenty of room to get around and there are lifts to the upper floors. The ramp getting in is a little steep and there is a raised door jam which made getting in tricky.

Parking is street only with no disabled spaces. It really is luck getting a space, though marina car parks are about five minutes away.

Accessible toilet is on the ground floor. It isn't huge but I managed in my scooter.

Very friendly. I didn't need any support from them but they seemed willing to help.
