The Torrie Collection - Descriptive Tour and Workshop

The Torrie Collection is an exhibition of some of the finest Dutch painting
and Renaissance sculpture in Scotland. The Collection represents the Grand
Tour tradition of collecting and the democratic principle of gifting art to
the Nation. Juliana Capes, a practicing artist and specialist VI gallery
educator will lead this session with support from the Curatorial Team at
Talbot Rice Gallery.

The day will begin with a descriptive tour, break for lunch together in the
gallery then finish with a sculpture making workshop.

If you would like to eat lunch in the gallery please bring a packed lunch -
we will provide tea, coffee and biscuits!

Portable Loop equipment will be available.
