Biggest double bed l've ever seen with lovely complimentary drinks and biscuits Breakfast was outstanding and staff were friendly and extremely helpful Easy wheelchair access to hotel via second entrance but remember to book blue badge space when booking Only a few hundred yards from the town centre and easy access in a power chair Good value. l always look at a couple of website prices then call the hotel direct and they'll match any offer. Plus you can be sure they get the room right.

The Royal York Hotel is directly across from the York train station. There are several buses that stop across the street from the hotel. It is less than a 5 minute walk from the city centre.
