    Fantastic opportunity for disabled people to have the opportunity to fly in a glider which has been fitted with hand controls. Great volunteers on hand to assist every Friday. Please come along and visit. The clubhouse has ramped wheelchair access, disabled toilets, fantastic food in the cafe and very helpful people on hand to answer any questions you may have.

    Disabled accessible toilets, clearly marked. Cubicle lark enough for scooter/Powerchair and carer. Drop down assist bar, grab rails etc. Separate hand washing.

    All staff are very helpful. Walking on air volunteers particularly so.

    Additional Information

    Walking on air isa charity run by volunteers who give up their friday time to pass on the opportunity to experience the pleasure of flying in a glider. Other volunteers assist as ground crew and everyone works together as a team to give individuals the opportunity to have a fantastic day out
