I am a disabled person and a carer or friend of a disabled person and a general supporter of disabled access. I have experience of challenges around: a hidden impairment, accessing toilets, dexterity or coordination and moving around.
Overall Rating
Excellent
Very accessible, wide shopping aisles and easy to reach products with shelves that are lower than most other stores.
Disabled Access In and Around
Excellent
The main shop front does not have doors, only shutters and it is step-free, so you need not worry about access. There is a side entrance that has doors, but these are not automatic, there is also another entrance on the top floor that also has non-automatic doors. Inside the store there is a lift located at the rear left to take you to the top floor, which can also be accessed from the top side entrance via a lift located in the shopping centre. There is also a set of escalators and stairs located at the front of the shop, if you are able-bodied enough to use them.

I travelled to this place by personal vehicle
There are plenty of parking options near The Quadrant shopping centre, where Boots is located. There is a multi-story car park attached to the rear of the building and it is also the main access point for Swansea bus station. Swansea train station is a short walk away.

Accessible Toilets
There are no toilets available within the Boots store, however if you leave the store at its top side entrance, there are toilets for the general public to use with access to baby change facilities and a disabled bathroom.
Staff
I did not interact with any staff during my short visit, as it was purely for browsing, however there seemed to be plenty of them around the store and all seemed happy to help customers with their queries.
