Good
It is a good idea to book as this venue gets very busy (we were among the first - at midday, but we had to join the queue) Once seated though, everything went smoothly.
Disabled Access In and Around
Average
Level access throughout, the most awkward part being getting to table. Another potential problem is getting food - as it is a buffet but it depends who you are with.
Parking & Transport
0No parking at venue but spaces available in adjoining streets. Good bus service and taxis/arrival by foot are also options.
Accessible Toilets
Average
As the toilets are at the front of the venue, getting to them is the trickiest part and although not using them myself, they are a decent size and clean.
Staff
Good
The 'front of house' staff were a bit offhand but the waiting staff were friendly, helpful and quick - with drinks and plate clearing. They also left us alone which was a plus.
Additional Information
We normally go to Jimmy Chung's (now closed) so this was a wee departure for us. I think we would go again.
