The Edinburgh International Conference Centre (EICC) is a world-class conference, events and festival venue located in the heart of Edinburgh. The purpose-built facilities include the 1,200 raked-seat Pentland Suite, which can divide into 3 separate auditoria, the Cromdale Hall with 1185m2 of exhibition space, the 1,600m2 Lennox Suite and a series of spacious reception and breakout areas, all of which are fully accessible.
A disabled access sliding door is adjacent to the main entrance on Morrison Street. It is push button operated from the outside and infra-red sensor from inside. During an event this door is manned with security who can offer assistance if required. All areas of the venue can be reached by lift. All lifts have spoken messages indicating which floor the lift is on and whether the doors are opening or closing. Additionally, all lifts have grab bars for delegate with impaired mobility.

On each floor of the EICC there are two accessible toilets which are wide enough to be accessed by manual and powered wheelchairs. Each accessible toilet has grab rails, emergency buttons, lowered mirrors and fittings and allow for either a left or a right lateral transfer.
The EICC team is equalities trained at all levels.
