Good attraction, but poor attitude

Went to this attraction as had read that it would be suitable for mobility scooters, which it most certainly is, and the attraction itself is excellent. WORD OF CAUTION..DESPITE TWO MOBILITY SCOOTERS USERS AND A CARER WAS CHARGED FULL RATE...BROUGHT TO THE ATTENTION OF THE OWNERS WHO DID NOTHING OTHER THAN BLAME ME. NOT RESOLVED DESPITE ESTABISHING THIS BREACHED THE LAW.

Unusual and interesting for all ages

This is an unusual attraction set in a pretty village where there are other things to see that are accessible. The pub across the road The Taveners has disabled access at the back (signposted helpfully). There is also a large spacious level access cafe right next door, recenlty done up. By the car park is the Old Smithy with a free accessible garden, shops and a cafe. Big car park with plenty of blue badge spaces.
