Overview
Despite advertising an accessible room, the bathroom had a bath that I could not use. The hotel has a hoist however there was no one to show us how this works, we do not have experience with hoists, and there was so much tape around the cables that I was not comfortable with using it. Nevertheless, the hotel is in a good area, with level entry so if you have different needs, it may work for you.
Transport & Parking
Close to Russell Square, a10-15 minute walk from Kings across Station
Access
Level access entry and lifts to take you to all floors. The accessible bathroom is spacious but has a bath.
Toilets
Spacious but has a bath.
Staff
Friendly but not knowledgable about hoist and not great at handling complaints
