Paradise Green run two venues at the heart and soul of the largest theatre festival in the world. We are a not-for-profit organisation, run almost entirely by volunteers which aims to give opportunities for people to take part in all aspects of the Edinburgh Festival Fringe, including venue staff, performers and audiences. Paradise in Augustines is a lively and popular venue with a reputation for award-winning theatre, run by Paradise Green since 1998. Each August, Augustine United Church is transformed from a working church into two unique performance spaces. The Sanctuary, located in the Church's main hall, is a large and beautiful theatre space, and downstairs you'll find our versatile Studio, both seating over 100 people.
