Visiting a show in a pop-up tent in an area of Edinburgh never visited before.

Disabled Access In and Around

George Square is a rectangular park. Cobbled Street, followed by flat access to pavement entrance to the park. AstroTurf covers the entire area. Down quite a steep slope to the tent. Friendly staff guided us to the side where we accessed along a ramp and into the front of the venue. Spaces were available at the back for wheelchairs and for carers to place chairs.

Got a taxi to drop us off near the venue.

Accessible Toilets

0

No idea about accessible toilets in the Square. Travelled 100 yards to the University and staff in one of the buildings there kindly let me use their accessible toilet.
