Good disabled access for old building

Good
Unusual to find level access and a good disabled toilet in such an old building.

There is a very slightly sloped permanent ramp at the front door. Enough space to move a wheelchair inside, though access to the beer garden might be challenging for wider chairs.
Parking & Transport
Average
There are few parking spaces and no disabled ones, but there is on street parking close by (see photo). There is also a very small public car park reasonably close.
Accessible Toilets
Excellent
An unexpectedly large disabled toilet for an old building. Grab rails on both sides. It is also the ladies' toilet so might be more difficult at busy times, but it was good to see there was a disabled toilet.

Additional Information
This inn is close to the Denis Duncan House run by the Lin Berwick Trust for disabled people. It would be possible to push a wheelchair from the house, or use a powerchair. There is a small public car park (not shown in picture) across the main road. This car park has public toilets but there is no disabled toilet there. Dirleton Castle is also very close by.
