The Rings is set in 90 acres of peaceful Fife farmland with picturesque views and rural walks which take in vistas across the Howe of Fife to the Lomond Hills. This tranquil haven is also centrally located with many acclaimed tourist attractions within easy travelling distance. Located 20mins from St Andrews, 35mins from Dundee and 60mins from Edinburgh. Perthshire and the Angus glens are all within easy reach for day trips. The Rings offers flexibility giving you the choice of various combinations of accomodation to suit your specific needs. Our aim is to enable all members of the family or group to holiday together in sustainable tourism facilities inclusive of guests with access needs. We offer the freedom of self-catering accommodation in a central location.

A week at the Rings

We had a wonderful stay at the Rings Farm! Our suite at the cottage was perfect for us in terms of accessibility, with a profiling bed and ceilings hoists in the bedroom and bathroom. The cottage is in a quiet peaceful location and we had a lovely view of the countryside from our room. Moira went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable, including providing a special pressure relieving air mattress for us.

Fantastic get together

Nice venue with easy access. configure the rooms to suit the size of your party. There were eight of us in four bedrooms and we had access to a corridor and a double lounge with kitchens. Relaxing holiday.

Absolutely wonderful place

Our daughter is a wheelchair user and for years has refused to sleep in any bed that’s not her own meaning we have been unable to travel or have a holiday with her. We decided to try the rings and I’m so glad we did. She loved the profiling bed and fully accessible cottage. Every single thing we needed was there. She could move around the cottage and grounds easily and the wet rooms were perfect for baths or showers. Thrilled too with the accessible hot tub. I can’t praise the rings highly enough for what they have created, on top of all the functionality I’m talking about, its also a totally beautiful and relaxing space. Surrounded by gorgeous countryside views and plenty of family activities it’s homely stylish and tranquil. My daughter didn’t want to leave (we checked out late as she refused to get up off the sofa!) Bissets barn is a great indoor space for rainy days and is so well stocked with games books toys and puzzles for all ages meaning you can pack just a little less maybe. We can’t wait to go back and enjoy more time in this very special place.

The building has been designed for wheelchair access.All 8 bathrooms are wheelchair accessible, we have grab rails which can be placed to suit the individual. Washbasins have free access for wheelchair users and lever taps. We have raised seats with arms for toilets on request.
