Excellent
I visited Edinburgh Waverley Station and used the accessible Changing Places toilet. It was clean, spacious, and all the equipment was in working order. The signage was also excellent, making it easy to locate the facilities. There was also another accessible toilet requiring a RADAR key. This was a little smaller but was still fully usable and in working order. The station had step-free access throughout, including the M&S shop, which was great. All the lifts were working during my visit, making it much easier to get around the station. There were also plenty of staff around, which was reassuring if any assistance was needed. Overall, I had a positive experience at Edinburgh Waverley Station. The accessible facilities were well maintained, and the working lifts and step-free access made navigating the station much easier.
