    Spacious and accessible

Really very easily accessible in a wheelchair. Space in the home section could be larger as it's a bit narrow for a chair especially with glass on the shelves and I expect that would also be an issue with children, people with backpacks etc potentially knocking things off. Staff are always lovely. The front glass doors have a sizeable metal lip on the floor - no problem in a power chair but I suspect tricky in a manual chair. Lift and escalators are available and it's an airy shop.

    Accessible but confusing lifts

It is level access into the store. Inside there are multiple levels, served by a number of lifts, though some don’t reach all floors. Where each lift served didn’t say until you were at the lift itself - this could mean a wasted wheel and the look for another alternative.

    M&S Princes Street accessible toilet

Not just any toilet… Ground floor so taking a lift is necessary. Toilets quite hard to find (at back of shop rather than cafe). Through two heavy double doors. One is pinned back but I suspect hard to get a wheelchair through. Also may be a q (I've waited about 10 mins so far). The toilet had good space but was not clean. The cord was tucked behind the rail
