Overall Rating
Good
Great outdoor space. There's an accessible route of a decent length with a good map provided. Accessible loo near shop and cafe both of which have decent access too.
Disabled Access In and Around
Good
The car park is a little way away on a mostly good path - however there's some serious erosion to the path before reaching the bridge and it slopes severely. Extreme care needed here. There is a ramped path up to the shop where the admissions desk is located - quite a heavy door but staff are attentive. Plenty of room in the shop. The accessible path is of a decent length and good quality apart from a short section at the beginning (rough and uneven) and on the far side of the lake there's a short section behind one of the follies which is a bit steep. All in all the paths were very good, though a little uneven in places (though fine on robust wheels). We of course went on other (non accessible) paths which were variable in their accessibility but worth exploring with the right wheels and an able helper.
Parking & Transport
Good
You would need to drive. The car park is level but has a rough surface so care needed. There are disabled spaces at the end closest to the entrance (which is a bit of a trek away).
Accessible Toilets
Good
Opposite the shop, well equipped, spacious.
Staff
Good
Staff/volunteers were helpful with doors etc and advised on accessible route.
Additional Information
Just a little attention needed to path from car park and first part of accessible route to make smooth and level.
